To start the return process for your order, please enter your email address or phone number and the order number below.
Here is a simple run-down of the rules and procedures for returns:
- • For size exchanges please include the specifications in the Notes before submiting your request.
- • Items can be returned for store credit only, issued in the form of a gift certificate sent via email. We CANNOT issue refunds.
- • Tracking code for your returned package must be provided (it helps us identify which package belongs to you).
- • All returns requests must be received within 7 days of the date you received your order.
- • Anything purchased at a discounted price is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
- • Returned items must remain un-washed, un-worn, and all tags must still be attached.
- • Shipping is non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our end.
- • Please allow our team 5-7 business days to process your return once it is received at our warehouse.
Please Note: If you refuse to accept the incurred fees and the package is determined unclaimed, denied or otherwise refused, Furbaby Couture will not provide any form of refund nor reship the order.
Here is how our returns work:
We do not accept returns due to sizing related issues, only exchanges for the same product, or store credit.
We CANNOT issue refunds.
All returns are for STORE CREDIT ONLY.
All return request must be made within 7 days of purchase date. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. For size exchanges, we do not ship the new size out until we have received the product in hand. Once we receive the product, we inspect it to make sure it is in new, unworn- condition.
All items purchased during Sale Events are final.
All international packages are subject to Customs, Duties, and Search. We are not responsible for Duties, Taxes, Customs Fees and any additional fees encountered during the shipping process.
