Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase! If you need to return an item, we’re happy to help:

• Returns: You can return items within 30 days as long as they are unused and in new condition. Original packaging is not required.

• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for it to appear in your account.

• Custom Items: Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Note: Items purchased during sales or promotions are eligible for store credit or exchange only.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your package, and we’ll send a replacement.
