Shipping Coverage

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
During peak seasons, sales, or product launches, processing times may be slightly extended. In such cases, customers will be notified via email.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates

We may occasionally offer promotional free shipping thresholds (e.g., free shipping on orders over $99 within the U.S. and Canada), which will be clearly displayed on our website when active.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
If tracking does not update immediately, this is normal and reflects carrier processing times.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Furbaby Couture is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.
Once an order has been marked as “shipped,” responsibility transfers to the carrier. However, we are happy to assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider.
If your package appears:
* Delivered but cannot be located
* Damaged upon arrival
* Lost in transit
Please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date at contact@furbabycouture.com with your order number.
We will assist you in resolving the issue where possible.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:
