Refund policy
We want you and your furbaby to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In their original condition
- Free from pet hair, odors, stains, or other signs of use
- Returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories where applicable
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for standard returns, including returns due to sizing, preference, or the item not meeting the customer’s expectations.
Furbaby Couture does not provide prepaid return labels for standard returns.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Furbaby Couture is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit.
Items That Are Not Eligible for Return
The following items are generally not eligible for return:
- Used or worn items
- Items with pet hair, odors, stains, or damage
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
- Items returned outside the applicable return period
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, provide a replacement, refund, or other resolution.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law or the issue was caused by an error on our part.
Important
Product photos are provided to represent the product as accurately as possible. Due to photography, lighting, displays, manufacturing variations, and other factors, the actual product may have minor variations from the images shown online. Such variations do not necessarily constitute a defective or incorrect item.
Furbaby Couture reserves the right to refuse a return that does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy, subject to applicable consumer-protection laws.
