Shipping & Handling
We offer free shipping over 99$ (U.S and Canada excl. beds). Orders will ship 1-2 business days after your order gets processed. Estimated transit times are as follows:
Domestic (U.S and Canada)
- Standard: 4-12 Business Days
- Expedited: 2-6 Business Days
International
- DHL Express: 2-5 Business Days
- Express International: 15 – 30 Business Days

Returns & Exchanges
We want to make sure your products fit your furbaby perfectly,
- Returns can be made through our Accounts page within 21 days of the delivery date
- For size exchanges please include the specifications in the notes before submitting your request
- A tracking code for your returned package must be provided (it helps us identify which package belongs to you)
- The returned items must be in their original state, unwashed, unworn, and all tags must remain attached
- Shipping costs for the original order cannot be refunded
